Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NexVision Labs LLC ("NexVision Labs", "we", "us") collects through nex-vision-lab.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version. We collect what you type into our contact form so we can call you back with an estimate. We share it with the installer who does the work. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Write to admin@nex-vision-lab.com and we will delete it.
1. Who we are
NexVision Labs LLC — a limited liability company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States. We sell, install and configure security camera systems across New Jersey.

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive exactly the fields you fill in:

That is the whole form — four fields, and only two are required. We do not ask for your email, your address, or anything we don't need to call you back with a price.
One thing travels with the form that you did not type: if you arrived through a link we published, the name of that link goes along with your message, so we know which of our posts helps people. It is not about you — it is about our own post. The exact detail is in section 2.2 below.
If you call or email us directly, we keep that conversation and your contact details for the same purpose.
2.2 Information stored in your own browser
Two values are kept for as long as you want them, in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to us:
nv_theme— whether you chose the light or dark version of the site.nv_lang— whether you chose Spanish or English.
One more value is kept only while the tab is open, in session storage — it is erased the moment you close the tab:
nv_ft— if you arrived from a link we published (for example, a post on TikTok), this records which link it was: the platform, the campaign name, the specific piece, and which page of ours you landed on.
This one is different from the other two, and we want to be exact about it: if you send the contact form, nv_ft is sent to us with your message. That is its whole purpose — it lets us know which of our posts actually helps people, so we can write more of what works.
It does not identify you. It holds no name, no address and no number — only the name of a link we published ourselves. It cannot follow you to other websites, and it does not survive closing the tab: come back tomorrow and there is nothing left to read. If you never arrived through one of our links, nothing is stored at all.
That is the complete list. You can clear all of them at any time from your browser settings, and the site will keep working.
2.3 What we do not do
This site does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking of any kind. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, no TikTok pixel, no session recording. We are stating this because it is true today and it is verifiable in the page source — not as a promise about the future. If we add any measurement tool, we will list it in this section and update the date at the top before it goes live.
Two things do load from Cloudflare, and here is exactly what they are. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, so Cloudflare already handles every request you make to it.
- Turnstile, on the contact form only. It checks that a real person — not an automated script — is sending the request. It runs when the form is on screen and sends Cloudflare your IP address and basic browser signals to make that judgement. It does not follow you across other websites and it is not used for advertising. We chose it over reCAPTCHA precisely because of that.
- Nothing else. The typefaces used to be requested from Google on every visit; since August 7, 2026 they are served from this domain, so Google no longer receives your IP address when you open this page.
Our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site, as every web server does. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request and quote, schedule and complete a camera installation. Concretely, that means calling or emailing you back, preparing a price, coordinating the installation date, and following up about the work.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
4. Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number, address of the job and what you need with the authorized installation partner who will perform the work at your property. This is not optional to the service — someone has to come to your home or business to install the equipment, and they need to know where and what.
Beyond that, we share information only with:
- Service providers that operate our tools — website hosting, email, and the customer record system we use to keep track of your job. They process the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
- Authorities, when we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we are doing business with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, service history and legal or tax obligations. If you asked for an estimate and never became a customer, you can ask us to delete your details right away and we will.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Stop contacting you — tell us once and we stop.
Write to admin@nex-vision-lab.com from the email address you contacted us with, or call (201) 952-1671. We will answer within a reasonable period and we will not charge you for it.
7. Security
Your form submission travels to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not keep payment card numbers on this website, and we never ask for them by email.
8. Children
This site and our services are directed at adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes — such as adding a tracking tool or a new category of recipient — will be described in the relevant section, not buried.

Esta política explica qué información recoge NexVision Labs LLC ("NexVision Labs", "nosotros") a través de nex-vision-lab.com, para qué la usamos, con quién la compartimos y cómo puede pedir que la borremos. Está escrita para leerse, no para pasarla de largo.
La versión corta. Recogemos lo que usted escribe en nuestro formulario de contacto para poder llamarlo con un estimado. Lo compartimos con el instalador que hace el trabajo. No lo vendemos, y este sitio no tiene rastreadores de publicidad ni de analítica. Escriba a admin@nex-vision-lab.com y lo borramos.

2. Qué recogemos
2.1 Lo que usted nos entrega
Cuando envía el formulario de contacto de este sitio, recibimos exactamente los campos que usted llena:

Ese es todo el formulario — cuatro campos, y solo dos obligatorios. No le pedimos correo, ni dirección, ni nada que no necesitemos para devolverle la llamada con un precio.
Hay una cosa que viaja con el formulario y que usted no escribió: si llegó a través de un enlace que publicamos, el nombre de ese enlace acompaña a su mensaje, para que sepamos cuál de nuestras publicaciones le sirve a la gente. No se trata de usted — se trata de nuestra propia publicación. El detalle exacto está en la sección 2.2, más abajo.
Si nos llama o nos escribe directamente, guardamos esa conversación y sus datos de contacto con el mismo fin.
2.2 Lo que se guarda en su propio navegador
Dos valores se guardan todo el tiempo que usted quiera, en el almacenamiento local de su navegador. Nunca salen de su dispositivo y no nos llegan:
nv_theme— si eligió la versión clara u oscura del sitio.nv_lang— si eligió español o inglés.
Hay un tercer valor que solo dura mientras la pestaña esté abierta, en el almacenamiento de sesión — se borra en el momento en que usted la cierra:
nv_ft— si llegó desde un enlace que publicamos (por ejemplo, una publicación en TikTok), guarda cuál enlace fue: la plataforma, el nombre de la campaña, la pieza específica y a qué página nuestra llegó.
Este es distinto de los otros dos, y queremos ser exactos: si usted envía el formulario de contacto, nv_ft se nos envía junto con su mensaje. Ese es todo su propósito — nos permite saber cuál de nuestras publicaciones le sirve de verdad a la gente, para escribir más de lo que funciona.
No lo identifica a usted. No contiene nombre, ni dirección, ni número — solo el nombre de un enlace que publicamos nosotros mismos. No puede seguirlo a otros sitios web, y no sobrevive al cierre de la pestaña: si vuelve mañana, no queda nada que leer. Y si nunca llegó por uno de nuestros enlaces, no se guarda absolutamente nada.
Esa es la lista completa. Puede borrarlos todos cuando quiera desde la configuración de su navegador, y el sitio sigue funcionando.
2.3 Lo que no hacemos
Este sitio no carga píxeles de publicidad, scripts de analítica ni rastreo de terceros de ningún tipo. No hay píxel de Meta, ni Google Analytics, ni píxel de TikTok, ni grabación de sesión. Lo decimos porque hoy es cierto y se puede verificar en el código fuente de la página — no como promesa a futuro. Si agregamos alguna herramienta de medición, la vamos a listar en esta sección y a actualizar la fecha de arriba antes de que entre en funcionamiento.
Sí hay dos cosas que se cargan desde Cloudflare, y acá va exactamente qué son. Este sitio está alojado en Cloudflare, así que Cloudflare ya procesa cada petición que usted le hace.
- Turnstile, solo en el formulario de contacto. Comprueba que quien envía sea una persona y no un script automatizado. Se ejecuta cuando el formulario está en pantalla y le envía a Cloudflare su dirección IP y señales básicas del navegador para hacer esa evaluación. No lo sigue por otros sitios web y no se usa para publicidad. Lo elegimos en lugar de reCAPTCHA precisamente por eso.
- Nada más. Las tipografías se le pedían a Google en cada visita; desde el 7 de agosto de 2026 se sirven desde este dominio, así que Google ya no recibe su dirección IP al abrir esta página.
Nuestro proveedor de hospedaje registra los logs estándar del servidor (como dirección IP y tipo de navegador) como parte de entregar el sitio, igual que cualquier servidor web. No usamos esos registros para construir perfiles de visitantes.
3. Para qué la usamos
Usamos su información con un solo fin: responder su solicitud y cotizar, agendar y realizar una instalación de cámaras. En concreto: llamarlo o escribirle de vuelta, preparar un precio, coordinar la fecha de instalación y hacer seguimiento del trabajo.
No usamos su información para decisiones automatizadas, y no lo agregamos a listas de correo que usted no pidió.
4. Con quién la compartimos
Compartimos su nombre, teléfono, dirección del trabajo y lo que necesita con el socio instalador autorizado que va a ejecutar el trabajo en su propiedad. Esto no es opcional dentro del servicio: alguien tiene que ir a su casa o negocio a instalar el equipo, y necesita saber dónde y qué.
Fuera de eso, compartimos información únicamente con:
- Proveedores que operan nuestras herramientas — hospedaje del sitio, correo y el sistema de registro de clientes con el que llevamos el control de su trabajo. Procesan los datos por cuenta nuestra y solo para ese fin.
- Autoridades, cuando la ley nos obliga.
No vendemos su información personal, y no la compartimos con anunciantes ni con corredores de datos.
5. Cuánto tiempo la guardamos
Guardamos sus datos de contacto y el registro del trabajo mientras tengamos relación comercial con usted, y después por el tiempo que los necesitemos para garantía, historial de servicio y obligaciones legales o tributarias. Si pidió un estimado y nunca llegó a ser cliente, puede pedirnos que borremos sus datos de inmediato y lo hacemos.
6. Sus opciones
Usted puede pedirnos que:
- Le mostremos qué información tenemos sobre usted.
- Corrijamos lo que esté equivocado.
- Borremos su información, salvo los registros que estemos obligados a conservar.
- Dejemos de contactarlo — nos lo dice una vez y paramos.

7. Seguridad
Lo que envía por el formulario viaja hasta nosotros por conexión cifrada (HTTPS). El acceso a los registros de clientes está limitado a las personas que lo necesitan para trabajar. Ningún sistema es perfecto y no vamos a afirmar lo contrario — pero en este sitio no guardamos números de tarjeta, y nunca se los pedimos por correo.
8. Menores de edad
Este sitio y nuestros servicios están dirigidos a personas adultas que gestionan trabajos en una propiedad propia o a su cargo. No recogemos información de menores a sabiendas. Si cree que un menor nos envió información, escríbanos y la borramos.
9. Cambios en esta política
Si cambiamos la forma en que manejamos su información, actualizamos esta página y cambiamos la fecha de "última actualización" de arriba. Los cambios de fondo — como agregar una herramienta de rastreo o una nueva categoría de destinatario — se describen en la sección que corresponde, no se entierran.
